Kind Words

One of the most important things to any business is customer service, and I always strive to meet and exceed expectations. Thus, it really gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling when people take the time to let me know how much they appreciate what I’ve done for them.

Here is one such letter I recently received from a gentleman who didn’t even turn into a client:

…Your website is top notch, and your photographs are excellent. Your prices are extremely reasonable too. In fact after doing all of our research, and weeding out the one’s we knew we didn’t want, we had decided between you and another…

At any rate… you have the best website and display the widest variety of photos in the city. Very artful too as we like – not a cookie cutter in any way. You stay in touch and personalize the experience from the beginning. And the crazy thing is we’ll recommend you to others even though we went elsewhere. You’re one of the two names we’d ever give out. Just keep doing what you’re doing.
